Puppy+ Graduate Life Skills

 Each week we'll meet in a different dog-friendly location, helping your puppy apply their skills in everyday environments. From garden centres and local parks to village walks and café settings, every session is designed to build confidence, focus and reliability where it matters most.

Puppy+ is exclusively for graduates of The Golden Start Puppy School, ensuring every dog begins with the same strong foundations.

Suitable for puppies approximately 6–12 months old, although this may vary depending on your dog's development.

Each session takes place in a carefully chosen dog-friendly location, allowing your puppy to practise their skills in real-world environments.

Locations may include parks, village walks, garden centres, cafés and enclosed fields, depending on the week's training goals. Each location is based around Chatteris, and will be disclosed within your initial welcome email. 

Sessions are carefully planned with your puppy's safety and confidence as the priority.

Where appropriate, puppies will remain on lead or long lines while developing new skills, progressing at a pace that's right for each individual dog.

 Please bring:

• A comfortable Y-front harness or flat collar 
• A standard lead (and long line if requested) 
• High-value treats that your dog loves (break these into tiny treats)
• Poo bags 
• Water for your dog 
• A favourite toy (if your dog enjoys toy rewards) 

Some sessions may require additional items depending on the location. If so, we'll let you know before the class.  As we'll be training in a variety of public locations, please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking.
